Hotel Claris - Prague

Chur, the staff were super friendly and cleaning was daily, but the room lacked power sockets. The location was prime, heaps close to the metro.

Peaceful location, we were really close to the castle and the airport, the metro station and a walk from the main railway station, and tram lines. Stayed in a nice size and huge standard room for extras.

Modern, wonderful room for extras, and amicable staff. Facilities - central heating, pay television and a fridge. Location so close to the Namesti Miru metro, restaurants and transport, and the main subway stations. Early check-in, generally good service.

Dirty bathroom.

I discovered some culinary gems nearby that took my taste buds on a wild ride! Lasagneria served the most delectable lasagnas that had me coming back for more. And let's not forget Soul Kitchen. Their Greek dishes were a good surprise! On top of that, the friendly staff, and the daily room cleaning was a real treat.

The lack of air conditioning was a minor hiccup in the heat, though I opened the windows and cranked up the fan-easy peasy!

We lived in the family room. The building is about 5 minutes from the hotel and may not be easy to find without a navigation system. Or if you are not accompanied either. The equipment was very poor, TV very small. My husband was also worried about the smell of the room (but I couldn’t feel anything). The walls need urgent renovation. There is no glimpse of comfort. For those who just want to spend the night, that's all right.

Request a quiet room away from the entrance for a more peaceful stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

We got standard king room for extras and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was quiet, at a short distance from The State Opera...

Positive, The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I arrived an hour early, and my room was already ready. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It's also just a short walk to the metro, perfect for getting around.

good location, the hotel was nearby an underground station. the breakfast was particularly nice with yogurt, orange juice and ham, perfect to start our day. all of the staff were absolutely kind, amicable.

Breakfast was delicious! Smooth check in. Quiet location. Not far away are the first restaurants with food and music!

The location of the hotel is very good. There are good restaurants in the area and you can walk to the (tourist) center of Prague. German television program.

The mattress was a little sagging, and I would have preferred a thicker duvet. In general, simple but comfortable equipment.
